Q. How Soon should we book our Wedding Photographer?

A. As soon as you have booked your venue for your Wedding, you should then go ahead and book your Photographer, it's not unusual for a Wedding Photographer to be booked out twelve months in advance.


Q. How do we book a date?

A. It's as simple as either contacting us on our contact page via email, or phoning us to arrange a meeting to discuss our packages and to arrange a booking date.


Q. How much deposit will i need?

A. There is a $500 booking fee to secure your date, this is non refundable.


Q. When Is The Balance Due?

A. The Balance is due 6 weeks before your Wedding Day unless otherwise arranged with us beforehand.


Q. Your Prices seem really cheap, are we going to get good quality photos?

A. We try and make our prices affordable to everyone and believe our work is comparable to most other photographers who are charging double our rate.


Q. How Long does it take for our Photos to be ready for collection.

A. It normally takes us about 10 ~ 12 Weeks  to edit and retouch all of your photos, but it does really depend on how busy we are, in some instances we may need a couple of extra days.


Q. We Don't Live in Ballarat how far will you travel.

A. We will travel to most places in Victoria, including Melbourne, Geelong, Bendigo, Ararat, Maryborough, Daylesford, Bacchus Marsh, up to 120 km's travel is included for free in our prices.


Q. My Uncle Bob has a really good Camera, can't we just get him to do our photography.

A. Great wedding photos require more than just a good camera, your photographer should be experienced at doing weddings as well as having good reliable equipment.


Q. Do you do Wedding Videos.

A. No, Sorry we don't do Wedding Videos.
